Beth is long bridal skirt with train, it's length measures roughly 120 cm (47”) in front and roughly 145 cm (57”) at the back. It can easily be shortened by experienced bridal tailor.

PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time for all our gowns is 3-4 weeks. We'll let you know exact shipping date right after you place an order. If you won't to figure one before placing the order - don't hesitate to contact us! Rush production options are also available.

SIZING
By default all of our dresses are made-to-order in standard sizes, not custom-made to your measurements. Our chart is available in description to each item in our shop. Size chart reflects body measurements, not garment measurements, and may not reflect your usual size in ready to wear clothing. Please be aware that bridal sizing differs from ready-to-wear sizing and don’t be alarmed if the size your measurements indicated is not the size you normally buy off the rack.

ALTERATIONS
You should expect to have alterations done in order to get the perfect fit of your wedding dress. Milamira Bridal does not offer alteration services and is not responsible for the cost of alterations, so please choose your size carefully.

CUSTOMIZATIONS
Most our gowns and accessories can be customized to match your needs. If you wish to make changes to any Milamira item please contact us for pricing and production time. If you decide on customizations after making your payment, we will happily issue a PayPal invoice for the price difference.

HAND MADE ITEMS
Because all our pieces are handmade, there may be tiny discrepancies between your product and the one photographed on the model. We do our best to make our all reproductions exact, but we are human.

All orders are shipped with EMS Russian Post safely packed in cardboard box and special postal plastic bag.

LOST PACKAGES AND SHIPPING INSURANCE
Once we send an item, it is at the mercy of the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance (this option is available at checkout). We do not reimburse or replace items that have been delayed, undelivered, lost or damaged during shipping. We ship to exact address provided by the Buyer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We encourage international shoppers to be aware of their country's fees before purchasing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A DRESS?

HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?

Please follow our guide to have your measurements taken properly.

WHAT IF MY BUST IS ONE SIZE AND WAIST IS ANOTHER?

That is not a problem at all. Our production team can grade your dress accordingly to your varying dress sizes. You will just need to order your dress based off the size that most of your measurements fall into and put a note providing your exact measurements in "Additional comment" section at the checkout page. We'll then contact you to finalize all the details.

WHAT IF THE DRESS STILL WON'T FIT RIGHT?

For truly impeccable fit the gown may require final alterations at your local tailor's. A professional seamstress won't have any problem altering any of our gowns while keeping original design intact. So just remember to plan your wedding preparations accordingly and have some time reserved for possible final alterations.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Make your dress choice and place your order through our website and enter all your measurements into the "Additional comment" section. Based on your measurements we will double check the size of gown you've chosen. Our team is online and on the phone all day to assist you too. Visit our info section for more details.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Flat rate for standard express shipping worldwide is US$ 45. And it's US$ 65 for express shipping with insurance covering damage or loss of the gown.

Our beautiful dresses are handmade in our production studio in Saint Petersburg, Russia by our in-house team of seamstresses. Our fabrics are sourced from all over the world: UAE, Europe, Korea just to name a few countries of origin.

Our sample gowns are used for photo shoots and promotion, therefore we are unable to send these away for brides to try. However we are more than happy to send you a swatch card with samples of all key fabrics used in production of your future gown. Swatch card can be provided on request free of charge (you'll only have to cover shipping fee).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR RETURN MY DRESS?

Orders may only be cancelled for a full refund when cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) after placing. Other than that all sales are FINAL, no refunds are available. All our pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate returns.
