Terms of Use Agreement

 The use of MILAMIRA.COM (“this Website”) is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of use outlined above and below and also to the provisions of our Privacy Policy. Sole Proprietor Irina Sergeevna Baranova (“MILAMIRA”) reserves the right at any time to change or add to this Website, including these terms of use.



 Prices on the Website are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. If you’re paying with non-USD credit or debit card you will be charged according to the actual exchange rate set by your bank or credit card provider.



Please allow 3-4 weeks for production of your handmade gown. Once the order is placed, you’ll be provided exact shipping date.



By default all of our dresses are made-to-order in standard sizes, not custom-made to your measurements. Milamira size chart is available in description to each item in our shop. Size chart reflects body measurements, not garment measurements, and may not reflect your usual size in ready to wear clothing. Please be aware that bridal sizing is often smaller than ready-to-wear sizing.

Don’t be alarmed if the size your measurements indicated is not the size you normally buy off the rack. If a new dress is needed due to an incorrect size ordered, you will be charged full price for the dress, including rush fees if applicable. Milamira is not responsible for changes in size due to weight gain or loss.

We offer custom sizing – please contact us for further information.



We’ll gladly recommend the best size of gown for you and guide you through measurements taking process. Just send us a message before placing an order.


Payment Methods

Through PayPal, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.


Shipping Method

By default all orders are shipped with DHL Express safely packed in carton box and plastic. Alternative carriers are also available on request.


Average Shipping Time

USA and Australia – 10-14 days, Europe 8-12 days.


Perfect timing 

Don’t wait till the last minute, we recommend ordering your wedding gown at least 3-4 months prior to your wedding date. Please note that for impeccable fit the gown may require final alterations at your local tailor’s, so other than for production and shipping, you may need to save some time for them as well.


Rush Orders

We take rush orders. Please contact us for cost information on rush production and/or expedited shipping. Extra charges apply.


Lost Packages and Shipping Insurance

Once we send an item, it is at the mercy of the carrier. We do not reimburse or replace items that have been delayed, undelivered, lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance provided by carrier (this option is available at checkout) that covers full cost of the gown in case of loss or damage. We ship to exact address provided by the Buyer at checkout. 


International Customers

Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We encourage international shoppers to be aware of their country’s fees before purchasing.

All orders  are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. As these orders are shipped DDU you may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs authority. Duties and taxes are calculated based on what item was ordered, the value and the destination of that order. We are unable to estimate what these charges will be as they are levied by your local customs authority and vary from Country to Country. All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is released by customs, failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the abandonment of your delivery.


Cancellations, Returns and Refunds 

Orders may only be cancelled for a full refund when cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) after placing the order. Other than that all sales are FINAL, no refunds or returns are available. All our pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate returns.

All our items undergo professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. We highly recommend you try your dress on as soon as you receive it. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately via shop@milamira.com and we’ll find a solution.



You should expect to have alterations done in order to get the perfect fit of your wedding dress. Milamira does not offer alteration services and is not responsible for the cost of alterations, so please choose your size carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

If not agreed otherwise, all dresses are made to size ordered, not custom made to specific measurements. The price of the dress does not include alterations. We are not responsible for any alterations made after you receive the garment. We always recommend choosing larger size if a measurement falls between sizes. It is much easier to take in a dress than deal with one that is too small.


Fabric Samples

Samples of fabrics used in production of Milamira gowns can be provided on request free of charge (you’ll only have to cover shipping fee). However receipt of fabric sample doesn’t give a 100% guarantee that the same fabric would be used in production. We’re dependent on our fabric suppliers and in extremely rare cases when one fabric/color gets out of stock we replace it with matching substitute. We’ll inform you in advance in case such replacement occurs.



All our gowns and accessories can be customized to match your needs. If you wish to make changes to any Milamira item please contact us for pricing and production time. If you decide on customizations after making your payment, we will happily issue a PayPal invoice for the price difference.


Hand Made Items 

Because all our pieces are handmade, there may be small discrepancies between your product and the one photographed on the model. We do our best to make our reproductions exact, but we are human.
